릴레이(Relay) 개인정보처리방침
앱: 릴레이(Relay) — 안드로이드 통화 녹음 앱 · 개발·운영: 리젠네트웍스(REGEN NETWORKS)
릴레이는 통화를 자동으로 녹음해 사용자의 폰 안에 보관하는 앱입니다. 개발자는 사용자의 녹음이나 통화 내용을 받지 않습니다. 릴레이 소비자판에는 서버가 없습니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 것
- 통화 내용, 녹음 파일, 연락처, 통화 기록 목록, 문자 내용, 위치, 광고 식별자 — 어느 것도 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 이메일·전화번호를 받지 않습니다.
- 광고·분석(애널리틱스) 도구를 넣지 않았습니다.
2. 폰 안에서만 하는 일
- 통화 상태 감지, 녹음, 녹음 목록 표시, 음량 보정, 앞머리(벨 구간) 잘라내기, 보관 기간에 따른 자동 정리.
- 녹음 파일과 그 목록은 앱의 저장 공간에만 있습니다.
3. 사용자가 연결한 곳으로 나가는 것
- 사용자가 보관 폴더(구글드라이브·원드라이브·NAS 등)나 Google 드라이브를 연결하면, 녹음이 끝난 뒤 파일이 그곳으로 복사·업로드됩니다. 그곳에 저장된 사본에는 그 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- 연결은 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있고, 해제하면 이후 녹음은 나가지 않습니다.
- 개발자는 이 전송 경로에 접근하지 않습니다(사용자의 계정과 사용자의 폴더입니다).
4. 앱이 요청하는 권한과 그 이유

5. 보관 기간
- 보관 기간은 사용자가 정합니다. 기본은 자동 삭제 없음(무제한)이고, 설정에서 30일·90일·1년을 고를 수 있습니다.
- 자동 정리는 사본이 확인된 뒤에만 원본을 지웁니다. 보관 폴더에 복사본이 없으면 원본을 남깁니다.
6. 삭제 방법
- 앱의 녹음 목록에서 항목을 지우면 파일이 바로 삭제됩니다.
- 앱을 삭제(제거)하면 폰 안의 녹음도 함께 지워집니다.
- 사용자가 연결한 드라이브·폴더에 이미 올라간 사본은 그 서비스에서 직접 지워 주세요.
7. 통화 녹음에 관한 법
통화 녹음은 나라마다 법이 다릅니다. 상대의 동의가 필요한 나라가 있고, 통화 당사자라면 허용되는 나라도 있습니다. 녹음 전에 사는 곳의 법을 확인하고, 필요한 동의를 직접 받아 주세요.

Relay Privacy Policy

Relay records calls automatically and keeps them on your phone. The developer never receives your recordings or call content. The consumer version of Relay has no server.
What we do not collect
No call content, recordings, contacts, call-log lists, SMS content, location or advertising IDs are sent to the developer. There is no account and no email address to give. No advertising or analytics SDK is included.
What happens on the phone only
Call-state detection, recording, the recording list, level trim, head (ringing) trim and automatic cleanup all run on the device. Recordings and their index live in the app's own storage.
What leaves the phone, only when you connect it
If you connect a storage folder (Google Drive, OneDrive, NAS, …) or Google Drive, each finished recording is copied or uploaded there, and that service's own privacy policy applies to that copy. You can disconnect at any time in Settings; the developer has no access to that path.
Permissions and why
- Microphone — to record calls.
- Phone state — to know when a call starts and ends so recording can be automatic. Phone numbers and the call log are not read.
- Notifications — to show that recording is running and to offer Stop.
- Display over other apps (optional) — the recording banner. Recording works without it.
- Storage / photos & videos (optional) — only what you pick.
- Battery optimization exemption (optional) — so recording isn't interrupted mid-call.
Retention
You choose it. The default keeps recordings indefinitely; Settings offers 30 days, 90 days or 1 year. Automatic cleanup deletes an original only after a verified copy exists in your storage folder.
Deleting
Deleting an item in the app's list deletes the file immediately. Uninstalling the app also deletes the recordings on the phone. Copies already uploaded to a drive or folder you connected must be deleted in that service.
Recording laws
Call-recording laws differ by country. Some countries require the other party's consent; others allow recording when you are a party to the call. Check the law where you live before you record, and get any consent you need.
